Do you have COD? What are the payment options?

Cash on delivery is NOT available since we have payment-first policy.

How many days does shipping take?

FOR ONHAND PRODUCTS ON CLEARANCE SALE:

  • Fulfillment time : 3-8 days 
  • Shipping time: 3-7 days
  • Total lead time: Approximately 2 weeks from payment date *

* Unexpected delays might occur due to Government Restrictions, Late release from Bureau of Customs and Courier Problems. We CANNOT control these delays.

I didn't receive my order. Its been more than 2 weeks. What do i do?

Before anything else, let us know by sending a message first thru fb/instagram so that we could address your concerns immediately. 

  • The delivery of your order might be just delayed due to unexpected and uncontrollable reasons (Govt Delays, Customs Delays & Courier Delays) 
  • It was delivered to a wrong address due to an error during the encoding process of our courier (J&t Express)
  • It was overlooked due to a system or human error. 

Our staff will always try to resolve the issue but we urge our customers to be patient since we have a limited CS staff during the pandemic. 

 

I didn't notice the lead time, can I cancel my paid order?

Unfortunately we do not accept cancellations due to unnoticed lead time. It is already stated in our product description, so before proceeding with your order and sending your payment, please be sure that you are willing to wait for the 2-week lead time. 

 

I picked a wrong size, do you accept size changes?

Yes we do. Please contact us immediately on any of our social accounts.

 

Do you have a refund policy?

Yes. Please check our refund policy page. We typically give refunds to lost and damaged products. If you have questions, you can ask us anytime.
